Hello, can you please explain to me why in the update the error? As I said it’s been a while since it gave an error when installing and when updating too, now when I went to update to do the procedure that said the site went down, this appeared:

But before that, the plugin gave an update error, so now I can’t install it from scratch, it already comes with the old data even though I deleted the plugin, I need to remove all the data from it to try to install it again.

Because when I go to install it, it comes as if I had updated. Adding the remains of the plugin file that is inside the site. I was back to see the updraft table to delete in phpadmin and I didn’t find it.

1) when I tried to update the plugin it gave an error that I don’t have the login.

2) so when I go to reinstall it just says that it failed to update, but I can activate the plugin.

OBS: When this was happening before I activated the plugin too, I take care of other sites and on them it is normal, only this one is showing that.
