Since the install, my site has become very slow and unresponsive (crimejail.com)

I stupidly never made a backup. Is there a way to undo the changes made?

I had some issues with images: not wraping around text (alignment left gets ignored in posts) and thumbs being cropped rather than resized on homepage.
