This means that for many of the things that need to be improved, the 3rd party plugins/services might be needed.

in case you see the site right on the editor, but it looks bad on the front end, try out these steps. They go over the simplest causes to more complicated ones:

Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, Enable safe mode and see if it helps.

In case safe mode helps, deactivate your plugins one by one to find the culprit.
If deactivating the plugins didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One and see if it makes any difference.

Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.

It sounds like the issue is with the file you’re trying to upload.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the Media Library settings, which are controlled by WordPress. Any media file added using the Elementor widget should be uploaded through the Media Library.

Therefore, I recommend you to contact their support to get a better perspective on the issue.

Can you please elaborate on how they don’t play?

If the issue is they don’t auto-play, it’s likely because of Safari settings. Videos don’t auto-play on Safari if they have sound.
