I don’t know what think of this.
It seems that Caldera Forms has bee bouhght by NinjForms.
I have found many bugs and I need something more professional with reactive support
I’m looking for Gravity or NinjaForms

Good evening,
I am in the process of finalizing my forms via the Caldera Forms plugin.
After spending a few evenings configuring my 3 forms (2 really simple and a 3rd a little more complex but extraordinary kidney) I find myself faced with 2 major problems

The first problem is the following:
The form looks like a contact form with the possibility of sending an attachment,
I used the 2.0 File Dump Tool field
I have configured all the necessary options
I even changed the attributes of the Upload directory (777)
I added an auto response processor
When I submit the form:
– the data is correctly recorded in the database
– the auto-reply email has been sent
– the attachment is never saved

After flipping the form all over the place, I couldn’t find a solution.
The only solution that works is to reset the file type field (old non-customizable version)
If anyone has a solution or a lead I take

2nd problem
In a form I added a numeric type field with a default value, a min value, a max value and an increment step.
Right now everything is fine, in design this is exactly what I need
When I test my form, the field shrinks and we can no longer enter anything

Finally, overall, I find that beyond the cool side of this plugin, there are still quite a few malfunctions, which make this component unusable for a professional site.
Not having a response from support is not encouraging.
Finally when I read this article, it doesn’t really bode well
