UM marked the thread I was previously commenting on as resolved even though it wasn’t. So I’m commenting here now.
Since updating WordPress and Ultimate Member, I can no longer access the main page’s menu options (both in Appearance and the Customizer). UM blamed the theme provider (Apress), so I worked with them. Ultimately they said it’s a plugin coding issue, not a theme issue. I’m creating a new topic since it was prematurely closed by UM before waiting for my answer. I do not have access to the nav-menu PHP files. Can we please get an update for this? Critical errors on my site are unacceptable.

#6 /var/www/wp-inclSame issue here with Apress theme. I keep getting critical error notifications from WP, but the only thing I can’t do right now is touch my menu configs, so hopefully a patch is released soon?
I too keep getting random 503 errors. At first I called my hosting provider, but they said it wasn’t on their end. I did a console log with my Chrome inspector and it specifically references Jetpack v4 as what’s associated with the 503 service unavailable. I’m just getting rid of the plugin so my customers can get to my site. It’s kind of bad if your website for your web design company throws a 503 when new clients go to check out.
It looks like this was a conflict with the Side Cart WooCommerce plugin.
However, I am still having the issue where the Upsell Popup plugin will not work when adding a product to my cart from your slider. If you navigate to the URL I provided, click the Solopreneur package. It should have an upsell popup, but it doesn’t.
I’m using it in the tabs on this page: https://servicecenterpro.com/pricing/
In addition to this issue, I’m also using Upsell Popup with Woocommerce and the popups don’t work after selecting Add to Cart.
