Hey… I found a temp workaround, though not ideal. If the variable products do not have default form values, then your video plugin shows the video. The second any selection on a form is made though, the video goes away and the thumbnail shows instead. So, I am going through my products to remove those default form values, however I’d rather not leave it that way. Please advise on how to solve. Thanks.

I too have had my plugin stop working. I had this running for quite a long time at https://www.greenscreentalentnow.com, however a recent update of your plugin has caused this to stop working.

I see above you said that the product must not be a variable product for it to function. This is odd because my products have always been variable and have worked with your plugin until this last update.

Does that mean that it used to work with variable products but have now changed this to only work with simple products?

What can we do to make this work again? Videos are critical to this business as it’s a video service.

Hey and thanks for the replies. This makes sense on the auto sync, but again, nothing was said about it’s function so I didn’t know. However, the auto sync you mentioned isn’t working on my site. I have 560 users, 4 of which were added after I sync’d the users using CSV. Those additional 4 users were not auto added to the list even though I have the setting to do that turned on.

Please advise.

Thanks for the reply, but I still have a couple issues:

1) Your plugin “Sync New Users” function doesn’t specifically say how new. Is that users in the last 5 days, 300 days, etc. Nothing is said anywhere.

2) You could make this much simpler by added an option on that page to selectively “sync new users” or “sync all users”. This would be ideal.

3) You method simply links to an import/export. While this is great, it doesn’t mention how to export all current users then import them. Exporting my list does me no good. I only have myself in there as a test. All 700+ other users are currently only WP users and not subscribers in this plugin. So, I would need to export all users to CSV, then import into your plug. Thoughts on what to use to accomplish this?

4) Once I do #3, because of my point #1, I have no idea how frequently I should run the sync new users function. My goal is to always have all users be a subscriber in this case.

Hey… Looks like I found the problem in some scripts that did WP install. Reinstalled WP and all is well.

This is not resolved unfortunately. Sorry for the delay. I tried disabling all plugins and (except WooCommerce) and enabled 2016 and it still did this.

Please provide further troubleshooting steps.

However, most pages such as this one do https://www.greenscreentalentnow.com/examples/.

Please note that the checkbox is set correctly on all these pages. Some show up and some don’t.

Please let me know what we can do for this.

Yeah… I’ve moved to another plugin. The support is bad, even for a free plug, not to mention the method and logic here is just odd and illogical.

I’ll try that and report back… but that still doesn’t answer my issue of the major change in formatting or the face that the custom post type has no title. Is this something you can address?

Hey… same problem here. All reviews disappeared. Not only that, but the structure of the custom post type is different now. There is no “title” and my fields have changed.

Also, there is some sort of automatic removal of paragraph breaks in the entries meaning that no paragraph breaks show.

There are loads of issues here. Please fix and advise soon!

Hey and thanks for the patch. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work entirely.

The titles are back on the blogs, but the title on the /blog/ page is now gone. Basically, it’s to opposite of what was happening before.
