@ranpha and @others. We are working to improve this behaviour (disabling CKEditor as comment editor). This should works like @ranpha wrote.
@knn adding reply with CKEditor in dashboard should works in latest release. Do you have any errors when you use CKEditor there?

You try add images by CKEditor’s “Image dialog” (after click on image button) ?
Can you check if you can add images to comments with default WordPress editor (when CKEditor is turned off)
Do you use any plugins to add images in comments?
Do you see any errors in Firebug (or similar tool) or in server error log ?

yes we know that it is incompatible with WordPress 3.4. We are working to fix few things. Please be patient.
Please also check DEV version with WP 3.4

Which version of WordPress and CKEditor for wordpress do you use ?
Can you check if this problem exists when you use default wordpress theme ? Please check if you have any errors in Firebug (Firefox addon) or similar tool and check server error logs if there are any errors reported.
Can you check if CKEditor works when you turn off others plugins ?

please don’t write in resolved topics. Create new one if you have problem. About what borders do you ask ? What theme (template) do you use ? This kind of problems are generally related with themes and css files. You should check your theme and css files.

We try check this.

ideally new plugin’s version will be released with WordPress 3.4 or right after it, but this is not a promise :). We have to check few things before new version will be shipped.
