Thanks, I have just found that the problem was Simple Press Forum controlling the emails for the site so even with that tag it wasn’t working.

Turned off Simple Press Email control and everything is working a treat.

Sadly programming isn’t my strength. I am not getting users to put in the events as I want to maintain good control over it and editing will take as long as entering. Would there be another way to link it?

Just added an event and tested and it seems to be working fine in the Events just not on locations.

Thanks for all the help, I missed the MAP placeholder in the locations page description at the top!

I have one last question I hope you may be able to help with. It is regarding paragraph breaks in the descriptions. Using both the Visual and HTML editor in the locations description new paragraphs are not being displayed in the text which makes it very hard to read.

Would you have any idea how to fix this? I guess it is something in WordPress that is preventing it from happening and have had a look around but not been able to find any reports of it.

Thanks for the update. It isn’t working for some reason, all the other CSS for the plugin works except for this. I don’t have the FAQ’s on separate pages but as expanding text, does that make a difference to the CSS used?
