Before I sign up for Braintree, please let me sum up things as follows:
– Payments via credit card and PayPal allow automatic recurring payments.
– giropay does NOT allow automatic recurring payments.What about the following scnearios?
– Scenario #1: The user chooses PayPal, then gets forwarded to the PayPal page. On the PayPal page he decides to pay via withdrawal from his bank account and he enters his IBAN. Will automatic recurring payments still work?
– Scenario #2: The user pays via giropay. As you mentioned automatic recurring payments will not be possible. Will the user be able to renew his payments manually within the WooCommerce shop? If yes: how?

How about using giropay instead of SEPA? Does Braintree support recurring payments with giropay?

Thank you. I have a problem with the badge that gets generated via your shortcode:
When I click on it on my mobile device, I get the following error message:
404. That’s an error. The requested URL /local/reviews?placeid=xxxxxxxxxxxxx was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
On my laptop the link is working.

Yes, I checked Site Health, there are NO critical issues.
Also, in my staging environment I deactivated all my plugins, but STILL the problem persists.
What is worth noticing: Sometimes when I click on a page in my WP admin area, I get a white page, as if the page cannot be loaded. This happens inconsistently. It can happen with any page, for example “Pages” or “Menus”.
What can be the reason for this problem?
