Thank you, your solution works.

However, can you please add this item to the WordPress Plugin, too? We definitely, absolutely do not want to see the volume and we cannot use the Plugin at all, if this is not possible :(.

The problem was caused by an erroneous php.ini set-up by our web host, the plugin works great! Thank you~

did any of you have a chance to look into this?

I would really appreciate your help. We do want to buy 10-15 licenses for our websites but I cannot get the approval until we demonstrate!
