In reply to: [Neve] Changes to Home won’t saveResolved this problem by using block editor instead of classic editor. Doesn’t make much sense as classic editor worked for the pages, but it solved the problem.

In reply to: [Neve] Changes to Home won’t saveAlso, the top menu does not appear on Home in the front end.
All other pages are fine.

In reply to: What is “ct_mouse_moved” cookie? Thanks George
I did Google “ct_mouse_moved” and I searched on cleantalk.org, which covered most of the other 15 or so cookies I was seeking to clarify.
Actually I just Googled “ct_mouse_moved” again and CleanTalk.org is not on the first page but I do now see it is in CookieDatabase, which is a search result.
Bit of an oversight from me, so thanks for your help.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Links intermittently diverted to suspect sitesSeems this is caused by the hidden malware plugin Zend-Fonts
There’s a useful article at

In reply to: [Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk] Spam that passed the firewallHi Katereji
Sorry for delayed response, I did not get a notification of any reply.
I have run malware scan, it reports no problems.
Synchronise with cloud got a green tick no issues.
The spam redirects are intermittent so it’s hard to know if the problem is persisting.Michael

In reply to: [Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk] Cannot undo blacklist my IPSeems to have resolved itself after a few hours.
Thanks, I’ve looked but cannot identify such a plug in. Do you have any suggestions?

In reply to: [Force Login] Force Login causes 401The host for the site advises:
It looks like the plugin is causing one of our modsec rules to trip
We can whitelist that rule for you but it is one that stops bots from brute forcing logins
Would you like that whitelisted?
So that’s a bit of a dilema.

In reply to: Does WP auto log visitor IPsThank you for a very precise answer.
I suppose website owners have automatic right of access to those logs for their site?
So although I want to say we don’t access them, we could – and the client wouldn’t know.
I suppose too when governments want to force isps to assist in investigations part of their legislation will be to compel isps to store this data.
Such is the age we live in.
