Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/ugawater/public_html/index.php on line 1

Also, for #1, is there anyway to move the Text header for the “post title” to the right (where the Avatar was).

Just the page title. Should I add it to h1 and then take out font-weight:normal from h1, h2, h3?

I changed the cPanel to 777, though it is still not allowing me to “save.” Are there specific files that I need to make 777?

How do I make it savable though? It says this under the box, “You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information.”
