Update to question:
Using the Device Theme Switcher plug-in, I have a theme for my web version, that I’ve had fora long time, and now a separate responsive theme set for my mobile version. When I’m editing my page, under appearance, I see “Themes” which allows me access to change just the one I have set for web version. I don’t see access to editing mobile theme details. I also looked under, “Device Themes” but there is only the option to choose which theme I want for Mobile or Tablet version. There is no option to access the edit portion of each of those separate themes.
Hopefully this makes my question a bit more clear?
