Thanks for the feedback.

I have set up a demo site with just the 3 plugins installed (WC + SON + VCS) and the issue persists. (response callback fails when plugin is active)

There are no errors logged in the apache error_log, however I have pasted the transaction log below.

I can provide you login to the demo site if you would like to test it using our terminal ID (test terminal ID provided by VCS).

What would be the appropriate channel to provide you with this information?
