I reinstalled SlimStat to try to replicate the problem, so I could send you error reports. But apparently your update 2 hours ago fixed it. Yay!

Should I still uninstall the browse cap? I don’t really care much what browser and os people are using. More interested in where from, and what pages.

SlimStat still crashed my site yesterday.

If you can fix it, let me know with a reply here, and I’ll give it a shot again.

I SORT of fixed it.

Downgrading from PHP v5.6 to 5.4 made it so I don’t get the error, and I can access and install other themes, but….

….when I put in a new theme, I have to manually drag the widgets back in, and put the HTML back in them. If I go back to the original theme I had when things were working, Mad Meg, the widgets are all still there.

I actually tried it in the theme without making a child theme and it worked! (thank you!) and everything else seems to still work.

Is there any reason to do it in a child theme instead, besides danger of messing something up?
