In reply to: [WP Login Delay] Header-errir after activationHi Floutsch,
I know you have switched to other plugins since last time we talked, but I just wanted to tell you that I have updated the plugin to fix the invalid header error issue.
The plugin has also been tested with WordPress 4.1.Cheers!

In reply to: [WP Login Delay] dynamic settingsHi Edward,
Yes I know, but I am way too busy to work on the extension for now. I will definitely use your idea and add your picture on the settings page ??

In reply to: [WP Login Delay] Please clarifyHi Inge,
It is a one-second delay only, but I just added the incremental idea on my to-do list.
Thanks

In reply to: [WP Login Delay] dynamic settingsHi Edward,
There is no setting to change the delay for now, but I will add it soon, it was already on my todo list ??
Concerning your second idea, I like it! I will add it to the todo list too!

In reply to: [WP Login Delay] Explanation missing if not even misleadingHi Hakre,
Thanks for your feedback on the plugin!
I wrote this plugin after writing a post about brute force attack on my blog (https://damoiseau.me, in French only) where I was wondering if adding a delay to the login step would prevent any brute force attack to happen…
Actually I don’t think it will prevent any attack of this kind, but I do think that it can greatly slow down the process of finding your password. One second is not much for a human, but for a program it can be very long, especially when it has a long list of passwords to test.
Any comment on my little theory more than welcome ??
