osTicket-WP-Bridge v1.9.2 is now ready & does work with osTicket 1.8.1

It’s also setup for Twenty Fourteen Theme which can be edited in the header & footer php files located in the osticket-wp-bridge/templates/ folder.

Sorry for the late response.

I will be releasing osTicket-WP-Bridge v1.9.2 in a couple of days that does work with the osTicket stable release v1.8.1

I am running some tests right now, just to make sure it’s complete before uploading to the repository. I found that v1.8.0.2 has allot data issues, so i will be removing this version off my tested working list.

I am currently working on this now and will be ready shortly in version 1.9.2

Since, osTicket versions 1.8.0 & up database tables has changed plus the PHP version needs to be 5.3, your warning above indicates your running 1.8+ of osTicket.

I have to write a separate side of the plugin to accommodate all versions.

The bridge will work on osTicket versions up to 1.7.4

1.7.5 & up has a different database table structure.

I will be testing on osTicket v1.7.5 & v1.8.0.2 shortly & they will be included on my next version of the plugin.

Also, this is why your getting the (Our system is currently offline for maintenance) the database table is different and can’t read that column.
