I am using a Mac – I tried your method, for anyone else who might have the same issue (for mac users) I duplicated the file that I downloaded and saved it as a PNG and I was able to load it. FINALLY! Thank you heaps for your help

hey again! I just noticed from taking a look at my website via my ipad that the widget isn’t in the center. Is there a way to fix this?

The alternative link is what I did the first time, I also just tried it again via the link you provided and it still downloaded into a “Text Edit Document” as all the other files? Not sure what else I am doing wrong.
