In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] NO AUTOMATIONSo you’re leaving a bad review simply because you didn’t find your desired feature? By the way, a very complex and hard to develop feature? Maybe you should have focused on all the other features Newsletter provides, all at absolutely no charge.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] New composer in 4.5.0Hello,
the choice to move to a new composer has been a long-thought decision we took to let our customers have an easy and powerful tool to compose their newsletters. However, we do know that a lot of users were using custom templates, that’s why we included the option to use the “old” editor instead of the composer.
Unfortunately, themes created outside the composer will not be compatible with it, because allowing that would lead to a lot of rendering issues and broken layouts.
That said, we are already collecting feedbacks on the new editor and we will listen carefully to each of them: introducing templates, adding more blocks and streamlining the creation flow are definitely options we will look into in the next releases.
So thank you for letting us know your thoughts on it, and keep following us for further developments.
Michael

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Awful interfaceSince you are actually receiving support and since you do appreciate the free plugin, maybe a 1-star review isn’t really reflecting your user experience, don’t you agree ? : )

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Awful interfaceHello,
don’t worry : )
You can find a “save and test” and a “send” button when you are composing a new newsletter: click “new newsletter”, then select a theme, then click “proceed to edit” and there are you are. Old newsletter are not meant to be resent, hence you don’t find those buttons there. But you can always copy your html in a brand new newsletter.Regards,
Michaelp.s. Since you are actually receiving support and since you do appreciate the free plugin, maybe a 1-star review isn’t really reflecting your user experience, don’t you agree ? : )

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Awful interfaceHi,
we’re sorry if you found the user interface confusing, we are putting a lot of efforts in ux/ui improvements but there’s always room for refinements. So thankyou for your feedback even if we’re a little sad about the 1 star..hope you’re willing to give our plugin another try in the future.
Anyway: there’s a “Save and test” button on the newsletter editing panel that save progresses and send the newsletter to the test recipients you’ve chosen.
Also, may I ask where did you ask for support? Thanks a lot,
MichaelPlease show me where exactly I “insulted” and “attacked” you. To my eyes, those are only an excuse to hide the fact you either haven’t or won’t show evidences of our plugin not working. That’s what my “challenge” was about: show us proofs of your issues, let us replicate them, take a screenshot, and we will be able to help you out (and we are still willing to do this!).
Still received nothing from your side.
Take care,Michael
Thanks for your accurate, technical, balanced and polite rating of our plugin, “Gμ?rD???”.
I could easily forget your comment and keep relying on that marvellous thing called “average rating” (that happens to be very very high in our case) but I find I will have way more fun to prove you’re wrong and that all your critics have an explanation that doesn’t involve coding issues from our side.Now. From my point of view, you have three choices:
1. Don’t answer. In this way, all the other people stumbling on this thread will consider you as an unreliable, untrustworthy reviewer.
2. Answer and still don’t bring any proof into the discussion. See point n.1.
3. Answer and explain point by point what your issues are, with precise infos on your server specs, and real-world examples. Then we will able to respond and to help you out solving those issues. After that, if you’ll still believe our plugin is garbage, you will be able to write so.
P.s. We provide a contact form and a support forum on our website, which thousands of free users are happily using every day to get in touch with us. We do not force anyone to buy anything in order to get support. This must be clear.
What do you say, Gμ?rD??? ?
Up for a challenge ? ; )Regards,
MichaelThank you so much @cleanteam for the kind words : )
