Hello @asadwasim11, we do not have similar feedbacks from other users, so I think it should be a conflict with your theme or some other plugin, or maybe a server related error. Try briefly deactivate all other plugins and check if error persists.

Hello, we do offer a complete emailing suite for WordPress, fully featured, with no subscribers or sending limits, all for free. Plus, we offer some great addons (that once were part of the paid plans) at the cost of a subscription. If you feel like a subscription (which you can stop right after) is way too much, then don’t use those addons, they’re not really needed to start sending campaigns with our plugin.

this indicates that the csv file is not properly formatted. A valid format should be: Email;First name;Last name;

our plugin has a basic csv import features, but if you’d like to map the fields manually I would suggest you to use our premium import addon, included in our premium addons bundle: see it here.

Hello Martin,

there’s no automatic procedure but if you proceed with a full database dump, almost all data will be retained. Also export your full subscribers list directly from the plugin and back it up. Do not delete the old installation before having finished setting up the new one.
