Hello @wesb2023,
unfortunately no, we don’t have such an option at the moment, apart from editing the database directly, which we can’t give support for. If you’re sending with an external email service though, you should be able to access some kind of panel which shows your current quotas.

Hello,
what do you mean by a “template connected”? Could you please send a test newsletter to [email protected] ?
Thanks,
Michael
Hello,
it look like the plugin has been deactivated or uninstalled. Do you see it if you go to your plugins list in WordPress dashboard?
Michael
Hello,
no, please try the following: regenerate the image block or edit any option and click save. Then perform a test and see if the error persists.

Hello @ericjager2012,
you’re welcome. A new version of Newsletter should be out in less than an hour.

Ok, it looks like we found the bug, it’s connected with the image block link. We’ll fix this in next release, many thanks for your feedback.
Michael
Hello @ericjager2012,
are you using the pre-header block or only the snippet?
Hello @emma363,
unfortunately we can’t give support on customizations and custom developments. Besides, we do have a premium addon which does exactly what you’re looking for. Please check our website if interested : )

Hello @phillips076,
unfortuntealy you asked for support in the wrong place. We are the creators of Newsletter, a standalone WordPress plugin, while you’re seeking help for WordPress.com (WordPress hosted solution) newsletter features. I’ll point you in the right direction: https://wordpress.com/it/support/
Thanks,
Michael
Hello Johannes,
please tell me if I understood this right: you need to put the content of a newsletter in a post body, by using a shortcode. Is that right? If that’s so, we do not offer a shortcode to do that. However, you can insert the raw html of the newsletter directly inside the post.

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Only gibberish in composerHello,
as you stated, that’s a base64 decoding issue. First troubleshoot option is to briefly deactivate all plugins except for Newsletter and see if the error goes away. Please let me know your findings.

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Why the attachement button?Hello,
we are well aware of the implications of sending with a different email address from than the one related to the same domain. That’s why we suggest our users to do all the proper testing before sending an actual newsletter, as pointed out in our documentation. As for the attachments, we won’t be adding this feature, sorry. We have enough knowledge of our typical user configuration to also know what will be likely to bring in issues and what won’t. I’ll close this topic and I really do thank you for your feedback, which we greatly value.
Michael
