We appreciate your patience and efforts. Basically, the exclude rules just applies to the product pricing rules.
The cart discount will apply to the whole cart in the form of coupon, and we do not provide any methods to exclude the product to this. So there is no way to make it work for now.
You can use Product pricing rules instead if it is possible with your use case. Please let us know if you need any further help.

Thanks for your quick response. To provide clarity, FileBird lite version only supports displaying Folder tree with Elementor free, it displays dropdown list instead if you use FileBird lite with Elementor Pro.
So in this case, you should upgrade FileBird plan to get the folder tree when using Elementor pro.
