Thanks for the options. I added them to an open support item for theme developer and am awaiting their suggested approach, which might include using their own SEO instead of Yoast.

SUBWAY (by Qode & available from ThemeForest) is one example of many themes that include an old license of Visual Composer that does not allow for updates. That means there won’t be an update coming, so how are all of these folks to resolve the issue? It seems seems premature to blame Visual Composer rather than SEO by Yoast, since the problem first appeared with the latest Yoast update. Am I missing something?

I’m still having the same problem. It’s been an open issue for two years now. I looked but didn’t a replacement for HL Twitter, yet. ‘Any other suggestions?
