I have used these code in the Woocommerce Reminders section. and I have not checked any require login options In “Options”->”Premium”.

Here is my Email Template that I have sent to my customer :-

Your Purchase Date is : [purchase-date]

Instead of showing the date it prints the shortcode itself like [purchase-date]
