Sorry bare with me I am not very computer savy- I tried moving all the wordpress files directly into the root directory- This resulted in the website being displayed at example.com like I wanted but I couldn’t access the wordpress account and make new posts etc.
Is this instructions saying that I should move them back into the root directory and follow step #2 – b/c if I move all the files into the root directory I won’t be able to log into my administration settings.
The 1st option in step #1 involves creating a new directory, how is this done??
