I lost track of this but am back to it, and found that deleting and reinstalling did not do the trick. Any idea as to why it only happens for certain people? Any consistent resolution yet?

I have just found this to be the case as well. The delete cache link in the admin bar is supposed to delete the cache for that current page. It did not. The I went to the main delete cache button in settings, and it did work.

It would be really nice to get this fixed since an individual page delete is far preferable that deleting the whole cache when you need to see something immediately, but don’t want to slow down the entire site to do it. Please consider fixing this soon.

With no response, I was forced to test it on the live server.

Solved. Looks like it was something to do with the supercached files. Not sure why, but deleted and regenerated them and they were no longer noindex.

Update: Just realized that all pages are noindex,follow. This is version 2.3.4 of Yoast SEO

Was this ever resolved? I have this error showing in my admin panel and just lost the styling in my admin panel only, not on the site. Deleting the smartlayers plugin code did nothing to restore the situation, so reuploaded it.

Then I went into wp-config to turn off debug mode and reloaded. The styles were back. So I turned debug back on and reloaded. Styles were still there.

I’m stabbing in the dark here, but there was such a close correlation that I had to ask. Do you know what the error is referring to in “undefined index?”

I have question to add to this. I want to test recommended content on our DEV server first since I want to see how and how much it displays in various scenarios in the sidebar. From what I see above though, unless your spider has the ability to index the content…which of course it can’t on the dev server….then nothing will show up. Meaning I can’t test it on the dev server, is that correct?

Assuming so, is there anyway to force it to display rec. content for testing purposes?
