Thank you. I checked the setting to filter robots so I don’t think this is the issue. Also, I have tested the cloaked url against the stats in the affiliate dashboard and the cloaked link does not register when clicked.

This plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 years, and it’s not working with the current version of WP, but I’m going to hold on to it in case they get around to it.
