totally bug
The problem is that author checking variable $devOptions['allow_all_tickets_to_be_replied'] in plugins files like:
$devOptions['allow_all_tickets_to_be_replied']
... if( $devOptions['allow_all_tickets_to_be_replied']=='false' ) ...
but it is not defined in non payed version….
