The ad needs to run along the right side of the site, so I don’t think adding it to header.php will work. I already have another banner ad there.

Does anyone else have tips about creating a field to put the add in outside the sidebar.

The blog is definitely not showing up in IE 7. Is it possible that WordPress 3.0 is incompatible with IE7? I always edit directly in WordPress.

By the way, I got the widget in the sidebar to look centered by using

tags, but that seems to space it out a little too much.

Thanks, but where do I find the file permissions? Do I access them through my FTP program or through the stylesheet?

How can I make it so “Home” and About” are above or below the banner?

I figured out how to get the banner onto my site by changing the .jpg on the style.css. I’d still like to make it so the text in the header that says “Home” and “About” goes above the banner. Also, if I want the banner to be longer, do I have to resize the jpg and the upload it again?

OK. I have now uploaded my new theme, and I’m displaying it on the site. I put the .jpg I want to use in the same directory listed for the header in the CSS. Now, do I edit the header.php or do I edit the CSS? I can’t find any .jpgs to replace in the header.php.

I have a Mac, so I was under the impression that Filezilla wouldn’t work for me. Do you know if that’s true? I will try contacting you off board to get this straightened out.

I tried it again without renaming it. It still didn’t work. I’m using cyberduck. Is there anything about this FTP program that’s different?

I deleted it, downloaded it and uploaded it again, but it’s still not showing up as an option under presentation. I’m very new to FTP. I just dragged and dropped the pulp folder into the wp-content/themes directory, renaming it pulp, instead of pulp-10.

Is there something simple I could have neglected to do?

Wait a minute. I found it. I was in style.css not pulp.css.
