Does this plugin work with any membership plugins? We are using the Simple Membership Plugin to manage the membership (which is paid). We could switch to another membership plugin if the Activities plugin is integrated with one. We specifically would like for the person signing up for an activity to be able have his/her information automatically populated in the signup form. It would seem you are accessing the WordPress database to check user access based on their WordPress assigned role.

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] SiteOrigin Vantage themeIt does not go to the correct location. I have only 4 tabs: Home, About Us, Location, Contact Us. I setup the offset as #masthead (per SiteOrigin instructions). When you click on About Us, it first pulls up the About Us headline to the top of the page – that’s what I want. However, when you click on Location it goes to the bottom of the headline and the heading is off the page. If you then click back to About Us, the bottom of the headline is on the page – it isn’t working consistently and not working like a menu. I tried changing the slider to a hero image (SiteOrigin thought the slider might be the problem), but the behavior of the menu didn’t change.

Now that I put back the old version (1.8.7) everything is working correctly, I’m getting completed and the Receipt is correct.
Thanks for your help. If I can shed any light on why this version works and the updated one didn’t, let me know, please.

Can I roll back the plugin to an earlier version (I’m not sure what version was there before I upgraded) as that version was working. I think I can restore it from backup from a week ago – that should be the older version. Would that work?

The sale comes in as Pending, never changes to Completed even though the money is in PayPal. I just did a test purchase. PayPal says my Purchase was completed and says that I paid $1.00 (the test price) for the ticket, but returns me to a screen that says I’ll get my ticket once my purchase is completed.
