i mean by 3 digits it’s just “256” in red. Most of the products have a number now but about 10 or 12 just have the 3 digit 4ed number. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, purged everything, used the tools in the plugging but the same products just won’t have a number that works.

any idea why half of the products would have good EAN #’s and the second half have only 3 digits and are red?

OK so I copied the exact setting from the site with the working plugin and I’m getting the first maybe 15 to 20 products with EAN numbers then the last 20 or 25 or whatever is left with a 3-digit number. I have no idea why it’s working for half the products and not the other half.

yeah I’ll check the other site & see what settings I used. I thought I used the same ones but I’ll check. The other site I’m pretty sure they generated the numbers.

I just tried the https://www.illadel.ink and it works now. The “www.illadel.ink.cdn.hstgr.net” must have been the issue. It didn’t fix it right away because it had to propagate I’m guessing. Thank you.

I didn’t type “http” I just typed https://www.illadel.ink, or does www automatically use the http? In the back end on my host’s site it looks like the SSL is already being forced.

When I set up the CDN with Quicloud they said the domain was pointing at my host’s CDN also and that would be an issue so I changed the CNAME in Quicloud’s CDN from “www.illadel.ink.cdn.hstgr.net” to “www.illadel.ink” assuming that was the issue he was talking about. Could that have been the problem you think? And thanks for the quick response.

No, when I click “products” the first item at the top of the list has a valid number in black. Every EAN number for every product after the first has only 3 digits that are red.

Im not using as many plugins on this site as the other and the ones I am using I also use on the other site so I’m not sure what’s going on. The only difference in the two sites are the theme. Botiga on the other & Astra on this one.

All plugins are updated and I just updated the theme today.

I fixed it by adding “background-size: cover;” in the CSS.

@martje65 I fixed this issue by going into ‘settings>reading’ and where is says “Blog pages show at most:” I changed the number from 5 to 6…I have my shop page as the home page so maybe that’s why it switched up on me. That still doesn’t explain why all the products were showing before the theme update but it does fix the issue of only showing 5 products on the main shop page.

@martje65 yeah I don’t know what happened, I thought I was losing my mind. I could swear all the products were showing when I installed the theme the other day then all of a sudden only 5 will show. I’m sure there will be a fix but I need to find one ASAP.

I have one quick question- when customers leave a product review and I try to respond through the admin, I type the response but I get an error that reads “ERROR: Challenge failed!!! Bots are not allowed to submit comments, Please try again!!! Error Codes: invalid-input-response ? Back” in red….is this from the re-captcha or is there something else I need to look at? And is there a way around this error? Thank you again!
