I am using Enfold theme and both the 6.02 & 6.03 updates crashed my site with Critical Error. I had to roll back to 6.01. Even that version is causing some issues with website resources, but it does not crash the site.

The latest update also “broke” the notification email you get when someone signs up on your list. The email use to have the information (name, email address) of the person sighing up. Now that is just blank in the FORM INFORMATION area.:

I am having this problem off and on. I get notices from WordPress stating that “Good News, you just captured a new visitor submission. Congratulations! Your constant contact forms plugin has successfully captured new information.”

I get the details of the contact in the email. I go to check to see if the contact was added to the list I have setup in the form in CC and it’s not there. Sometimes it is, sometimes it’s not. I have spoken with support at Constant Contact and they checked my site out and all settings are correct and the plugin is up to date. They told me to contact you through here for further analysis. I don’t want to have to constantly check that contacts are getting added as that us counter productive to what the plugin is supposed to do. Can you please get to the bottom of this.

I am not talking about editing / customizing the plugin. What I’m saying is the plugin is preventing me from being able to edit anything else on my website (pages, posts, etc.).The plugin caused http 500 error. Once deactivated, everything works fine.

I like what your plugin offers and hope to be able to use it in future.

Thanks Tim. I’m not sure why the conflict either, but it is probably the cache issue as you state. I’m not all the techie, so I will need to play around with this and experiment to pinpoint. I checked the .htaccess file and it appears to be the same as my backup, so deactivating your plugin seemed to have done the trick for now.
