Yes, it was a cache problem.
I solved it by selecting “No caching (Javascript)” in Advanced -> Caching Method.

After plugin installaton (wp control) we hade that warning: “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 3000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”. Maybe it can help.

I don’t think it’s a cache problem, we work on the site from different PCs. And it’s not a 30 minute problem. The problem is that when a user unsubscribes, the message “Unsubscribed on …” appears on his page, but in “List” our list remains and in “Status” he remains “Subscribed”. We have to manually delete the list and change the status to “Unsubscribed” by checking each user individually, with a considerable waste of time and with the risk that if we forget to manually delete a user who thinks he has unsubscribed, he will receive the following newsletter and could report us for spam. This is a big problem, the plugin should be able to manage unsubscribes on its own.
Can you help us solve this problem?

I have tried everything.
I deactivated all the plugins, I activated 2 different themes, including twenty-twentyone, I copied the site to another hosting platform, but in any case the html files remain for one or two hours, then become _old. 5-6 hours later the entire page folder is deleted.
So how can we solve the issue?

I cleared firefox cache, browsed the page in anonymous, changed PDF name, installed firefox on a new, different pc, but firefox still show the old version of PDFs.

I can’t believe you can see it correctly. The difference is in the first box bottom left: old one has only text, new one has a “Istituto Giordano” logo.

grazie per la risposta.
E’ stata la prima impostazione che abbiamo eliminato perchè in Safari i video non venivano neanche caricati con il Lazyload… ma purtroppo su tutti i browser continuiamo a rilevare questa problematica: accettati i coockie e senza ricaricare la pagina il video, se caricato come iframe assume le dimensioni standard di 560×315 (che non sono quelle che abbiamo impostato noi), se caricato in un modulo video ha l’autoplay disabilitato

nella pagina in questione ho dovuto momentaneamente sostituire la mappa bloccata con una mappa standard.

Il problema (ieri ho dimenticato di scriverlo) è che anche AdWords non viene bloccato. Qualche idea?

thank you for your reply.
No caching plugins in my site and no caching active on server.
Some news:
I noticed that in italian the password-reset page works fine. The issue appear in english and french. When submitting the page, in italian you can see in the url the query string variables (“?updated=checkemail”), but not in english and french, so the page reloads itself with form.
NB: I use WPML for translating.
