You are right.
there is a conflict with my them.
It works fine with default WP themes.
My installed theme is: Rythm

according to your questions I will answer:
Did you change plugin settings ? –> Absolutely yes.
Did you try to disable Carousel? –> I don’t have Carousel.
Did you set the related products to use Categories? Categories, Tags, Attributes and … every things.This is a url from my website:
