Thanks for the reply. I was actually referring to the functionality found on the product editing page (rather than creating new products in bulk) for products that already exist. I see that I can generate the WooCommerce fields one product at a time, however I have more than 13,000 products in my store. You can imagine how long it would take to process all of them one-by-one. I was wondering if there’s a way to generate the WooCommerce fields for ALL of my products at the same time. Thanks!

It was definitely paid through WooCommerce Payments (I see the payment information in the order notes). It says “A payment of $xxx.xx was successfully charged using WooCommerce Payments ( pi_1Hxxxxxxxxxxxxx ).” (Amount and actual confirmation number redacted.)

The only button that appears when I click “Refund” says “Refund $0.00 manually”

This may be a bug but at the moment I just need to know how to process a manual refund so that my customer doesn’t have to wait any longer. There is no option to do so on the Stripe account access page you mentioned. Thanks!

May I asked HOW you fixed it? I’m still having this issue and none of the usual fixes seem to work.

This really should not have been marked resolved as lots of us are having this problem and have reported that the suggested fix didn’t work.

Thanks for the reply Marius. It’s the Kleo Theme with the YITH Ajax Product Filter widgets (product category, product brand, and a large number of attribute filters) in the Main widget area (which was where I was editing). Widgets in other areas were unaffected. I also use the Widget Ninja plugin to specify when the widgets should be visible. As it turned out it wasn’t that big a deal since the configuration of the widgets remained intact even though they had been moved to the inactive area. All I had to do was move them back where they belonged and everything was back to normal.

Haven’t had time to do this today. I just checked the active_plugins entry in wp_options though and found (I’m not kidding) nearly 700 entries for TML.

That got rid of the nag momentarily, but it also deactivated (???) all 62 of the plugins in the list. Not sure why that happened. As soon as I reactivated the plugins the nag returned as did the entries (as active plugins) for 3 instances of TML. Just to be clear, the directory containing the TML files does not exist since I deleted it after originally updating wp_options as you suggested earlier:

I thought this was interesting. After I deactivated all my plugins by running an update query on wp_options, I deleted TML from the plugins page in WordPress. I never reactivated it. Not that I’m able to identify so far.

That disabled the plugin, however the nag returned at the top of every admin screen (“The plugin theme-my-login/theme-my-login.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”) and isn’t going away. This is true with both the default twenty-seventeen theme and Storefront (the one I normally use).

I did. The server error log is completely empty. The nag never goes away (it was there for several days the last time I tried). I eventually put the directory containing the files back and TML was immediately activated without me having to do anything, which tells me it was never really deactivated in the first place by moving the plugin directory away. No matter what I try I cannot actually deactivate this plugin.

The nag only appears when I manually delete Theme My Login from my plugins directory since I can’t deactivate it any other way. The nag says that the files for the plugin don’t exist. I imagine that – if I can actually figure out how to deactivate the plugin normally the nag will not be an issue, so for the time being I’d like to focus on why I can’t deactivate the plugin and how to troubleshoot that.
