I can’t seem to have ImageManager button in WYSIWYG editor.

I have another installation and it works with the same plugins.

Do you have any idea what the problem would be?

That’s something I figured out myself later. It is really designed to be working on on domain.

I guess my answer is Drupal.

Another answer could be b2evolotion, but it meant to create multiple blogs with one installation on one domain.
