Did you find a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue some of the time. Other times the receipt comes with a download link that works. No clue why?

Thank you scrambler, but I tried Xtreme first. The options are not nearly as all encompassing as Weaver II, and on the add/edit page – at the bottom – the previous functionality (hide info bar top/bottom, hide page title, full page or sidebar options (for each individual page!), hide menus, etc. etc.) is no longer there.
