Thank you, this did solve the problem. But I don’t know why woocommerce didn’t have this as a built-in option. Being an e-commerce platform it is expected that sometimes an item will have free shipping and while some items won’t. That those items will or might be purchased together. Weird that its not a feature in the woo.
