The error message you have shared suggests that error is being caused by the WP Approve User plugin. You should report the issue on their support page.

We checked both strings ‘Starts’ and ‘Ends’ on the single event page and they are translatable in the code. Could you please share URL or screenshot of the page where you are trying to change these? Once we identify them, we will try to release the fix in upcoming release this week.
