Depends on what you have used to do the SEO. For me it takes me about 2 to 3 minutes. But I have done plenty of SEO to make it happen.

Now, I have a different problem, I have the first post of the mp3 showing up in the RSS preview? But this never happened. I do not like that, how would I get rid of this?

Actually Duck boy, that “> is needed there. I figure out insted of saying I want upto 20 posts to show up. I just put -1, and it shows every post in that category. Thanks,

But now I am wondering how to speed up the System.
