I have the same problem, clicking the delete button claims it is removing the inquiry but does nothing and the message is still visible

Apologies for incorrect version on the plugin it is actually wcfmgs 3.4.6I got one response saying there was a new version and it had been updated for the latest Woocommerce, but it hadn’t and still hasn’t.
The latest in the downloads is still from June last year. I can confirm that the plugin still works for me at the moment, but it is worrying that it has only been tested with the last major version according to the changelog, making new versions of Woocommerce a big worry.

we have now turned off membership approval so this issue will not affect new members only the originals need fixing
