I am having a similar problem!

When I am on a post, I can click “Add new series” – but if I refresh then a] the series still exists but the post is not part of the series b] I don’t see the option to select the series in the post menu.

Old series work fine. I just can’t see the option in the

and
• to select the new series.

I fixed it!!!!!

I was creating a Chrome extension and had “developer mode” on. After I turned it off, everything went back to normal in all my plugins.

I guess developer mode autobreaks JavaScript as a security measure?

That’s the thing – I don’t see any JS errors in the browser console. It just says: “JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1”.

Could the problem be due to Autoptimize? When I cleared the “Autoptimize” cache, the JS error in Advanced Custom Fields went away for 1 minute before coming back.

Beyond that, do you know where I would look for corrupt JS files?

Just out of curiosity: Any explanation for why it didn’t break in the 2.6 version even tho I had “optimize for logged in editors” checked?
