2- No, the plugin is installed but deactivated
3- i’ve verified and the provider use a cache control but it was deactivated since the beginning.
4- debug step completed.

yes we’re in Spain, running live mode. the option on woocommerce checkout was active.

I have ssl certificate active on my website too. i cannot use credit card payment from clients?
