Thank you for your response. I think in my attempts to resolve another issue I created another API to see if that would help and probably inadvertently created another issue. Is there a way to reset all “Customer ID’s” at once for all users?

Thank you I got that working for wholesale customers. Except the last name was duplicated and now the first name is the same as the last name. Not sure what is going on there. Is there a way to delete or undo this sync? Also once i have done the sync I dont know how to do another one as the sync button is greyed out (i.e. All your users have been added to a SendinBlue list).

Also when syncing the only fields I have available is First name, last name, Website URL and User Role. How do I add more fields on wordpress or what data (postmeta, usermeta, etc) is sendinblue plugin looking at?

I also need this and I am using Wholesale Suite Plugin. I have different pricing structures. For instance a different price for products based on roles for Customer, Wholesale Customer, Distributor, Online Retailer, etc.

For instance if I have a price of $64.35 for regular price and want a sale price of $55.00. Thats 85.47% of Regular price and I cant have decimal percentage. So if i want to set whole dollar price, it sends me to a general product tab (not Smart Bundle Tab) that I can schedule and set the sale price. However when i update it reverts back to the percentage of regular price if set on the Smart Bundle Tab.

Found that you have to put a GTIN in and update a product before you can see the _gtin attribute on the plugins options page. Thanks for the plugin.

I figured out what helped for me. I used a program to rollback to an earlier update. I went back from 6.16 to 6.15 to 6.13 (didn’t work) then jumped to 5.5 and it worked. I think it has something to do with the Cite in Text making a Http request rather than a Https request. Not sure if this is the exact cause just found that error in Google Chromes inspect element.
This was after i used it on a website that had nothing on it meaning the Server could be the only other issue if not the plugin. The theme i used for this blank website was wordpress “Twenty Seventeen” Im using Siteground GoGeek account which is linux Cpanel. They seem pretty reliable.
I changed from APA to Harvard 1 and still the same issue. Not sure how the style links to the style website to make sure its updated.
The bibliography was working just not the intext Citation until i went back to version 5.5.
Hope this helps for others and in coming up with a solution.
