Thank you for your help and your explanations.
Hi,
Okay. Am I right in saying that:
1. Review reminders are sent to the customers from the email address configured in the “from” field here: Reviews > Settings > Emails. Let’s call it [email protected].
and
2. Review notifications are sent to the same email address ([email protected]) configured in the “from” field here: Reviews > Settings > Emails.
?
#2 should not be the case.
This would be a more logical approach:
- Review reminders are sent to the customers from the email address configured in the “from” field here: Reviews > Settings > Emails. Let’s call it [email protected].
- Review notifications are sent to the email address configured in WP Admin > Settings > General > Administration Email Address, or in another field in your plugin, which would be called something like “Where should be send email notifications when customers make review?”. Let’s call it [email protected].
Does this make sense?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] HPOS “Sync X pending order(s)”Hi @carolm29
This is expected. If the compatibility mode is disabled, this will show there and it will give you the option to manually sync.
When HPOS is activated and Compatibility mode is deactivated, what are we supposed to do with the information that “X orders are not synced”? Should they be synchronized or not? Why does this information exist / what is its purpose? It’s not clear.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Change the loading spinnerPerfect! Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. I’ll rephrase my request, as perhaps I didn’t explain myself clearly enough:
- I want customers to receive email notifications from [email protected], which is configured in Reviews > Settings > Emails.
- I don’t want the customer service team ([email protected]) to receive notifications when customers send a review. I want the site admin, [email protected], which is configured in WP Admin > Settings > General > Administration Email Address, to receive the notifications that a customer has left a review.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteLooks like frontend.css is not loaded for logged out users in 5.45.0. Thought it was WP Rocket at first, but the problem persisted despite disabling all caching and minifying settings. Incidentally, don’t you have a test environment with all the popular plugins that are used by most sites? I think this would help you mitigate the risks associated with other plugins.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] ver. 5.45.0 breaks the siteYep. Front end is broken for non-logged in users in 5.45. Displays fine when logged in as an admin. Had to downgrade to 5.44 too.
