Thank you ncnguyen. I installed Super Socializer. No problem for Facebook. But this time Google problem ?? Authentication successful but it doesn’t redirect. Infinite loading image. Anyway thanks for your help.

Sorry, misunderstood. Localisation file is simply language file (po and mo’s). If you have your predefined language files, copy them into wp-content/yourtheme/woocommerce/languages/ path and check that radio input.

Otherwise you need to copy your language files into wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/languages path, or simpler way – use CodeStyling Localization plugin.

It means that you may use an external file which contains the local informations for your territory, e.g. states, cities.
