Hi, thank you for the reply. I have not modified the headers in my form, not even sure how. No matter what plugin I uses, the email will stay in queue in my WHM. Some how it looks like when the form is sent, it is adding an additional email/name to the email address. Also I notice the > symbol at beginning, which not sure how this is happening. I’m thinking it should be only one email address in the recipient address field. It was working several months ago, but recently stop. I have not made any changes to my client’s site in past year. Any idea? thanks
