This happened to me today as well. I was able to get the SEO sections to reappear by going to Yoasts Titles & Metas section. Under both the Post Types tab and the Taxonomies tab, make sure all 3 WordPress SEO Meta Boxes are unchecked for Posts, Pages & Media sections. Hope this helps.
