Thanks for your reply. I am in the Chicago time zone. I ran the query on the website database.
The offset comes out as -7. Here is the result:
TIMEDIFF(NOW(), UTC_TIMESTAMP)
-07:00:00Inside WordPress under settings > time zone, the dropdown, however, shows UTC+0.
Below this dropdown, the system shows Universal time (UTC) is 2021-11-18 20:09:25. Currently, Chicago time is 20:09:25. The WordPress system appears to equate Chicago time to UTC.
(Version 3.1.18 of the plugin was working right even with the above inconsistency. Version 3.2.19 does not appear to.)
Does this give any clue?
Thanks,
MelissaThanks for the reply. I went ahead and installed version 3.2.19.
The problems return with version 3.2.19.
1) The times of the events previously set at 9:00 am and 12:00 pm changed to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, respectively, as soon as I installed 3.2.19.
2) Likewise, when I tried to correct one of the events showing 6:00 pm to 12:00 pm, the correction did not stick. The system changed the time to 6:00 am and the date to 19th November 2021 – 20th November 2021 (instead of 19th November 2021).
Is there anything I can do to get this installation going before 3.3.0 comes out?
Thanks again!

Hello Joe,
Thanks for your reply.
I updated from 3.1.18. The plugin had not been updated for well over a year.
I have now reverted the website to run 3.1.18.
The website works as it did before I updated to 3.2.18. That is, there are no issues when My Calendar version 3.1.18 is used.
I would appreciate your guidance on updating from 3.1.18 to 3.2.19.
Thanks,

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Backup abortedHello Bryle,
Thanks for your response.
I updated UpdraftPlus to version 1.16.53 and re-ran the Backup.
From the look of it, the backup does not appear to have been completed.
On the WordPress dashboard, the following message is shown under ‘Last log message’:
Zip: backup_2021-04-18-0026_AlphaProfit_80d9dd29e651-uploads.zip.tmp: 2500 files added (on-disk size: 271038.9 KB) (Apr 17 20:02:37)I have copied the backup log at https://pastebin.com/xcWCLB8Y.
I did not receive any email notification at all after the backup.
I will appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Thanks,

In reply to: [reCaptcha by BestWebSoft] Avoiding robot registrationsHello BestWebSoft Staff,
Thanks for your helpful reply and suggestions. I have one followup question. Would there be any benefit in switching from reCaptcha v2 to either v3 or invisible? If so, which one would you recommend?
Thanks again,

In reply to: [Redirection] Expected 301 Found 200 messageHello John,

This is helpful to know. Thanks much for your response, Predrag.
Cheers,
MelissaHi Nithin,
Thanks for your reply and help.
I am able to get the short code from the membership plugin to work on the pop-up with Informational setting.
The short code is also able to write the membership information into the relevant plug-in tables.
Lastly, I am now able to get the Visibility to rules to work as well.
So 3/3 all issues resolved!
Thanks a bunch for your guidance!
Best regards,
MelissaHello Patrick,
Thanks for your helpful response.
The membership plugin does have a shortcode for user registration. However, I could not find a way to remove Hustle’s native e-mail field from the e-mail pop-up. Do I need to switch to a slide-in type of popup to use the shortcode?
By using the shortcode on the slide-in popup, I presume the user record would be complete in both the WordPress’s User table and Paid Memberships Pro’s Member tables. Please confirm.
Also, can you possibly tell me where I can read about the types of rules I can use to limit the popup’s display to specific pages or post categories?
Thanks much,
MelissaHello Javier,
I am trying to import only one user for now.
Here is the CSV file I am importing:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/158UJk6ugUgMyzQ3QdplbZxqh0sjSrGka/view
It has data only for one user.
Hello @carazo,
Thanks for your reply and suggestion.
I have carefully read the contents in the “Documentation” tab.
I have now added the columns you suggested; I am using the following CSV file.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/158UJk6ugUgMyzQ3QdplbZxqh0sjSrGka/view?usp=sharing
However, none of the issues have gone away.
Here are the settings I am using to import the data:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oJt1xpWp2LYCuuNg3qrKoBvJAeenMIjo/view?usp=sharing
Here are the issues:
1. Membership level has not been imported into wp_users
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZzAE21FXYkgzHzFor3InkV9DMByDudHt/view?usp=sharing
2. There is no record of added user in the wp-pmpro-memberships-users MySQL table
https://drive.google.com/file/d/165sLCADMeDI42JKjRM8LkEkxUBJfdMzW/view?usp=sharing
When users register on the website, their data is always shown in this MySQL table.
However, there is no record of the user imported using the plugin.
For example, there is no record of ID 2207 in this MySQL table.
The above screenshot was taken after searching for ID 2207 in this MySQL table.
3. Start date is in error

I will appreciate your help in fixing these issues.
Thanks,

Hello Joe,
Did you have some other version of the calendar on your site at some point?
No, I did not. I updated the ‘My Calendar’ plugin to version 3.1.17 in late November. I am seeing the error messages in ‘Search Console’ since then.
I am happy to send screen shots of ‘My Calendar’ settings if I can have an address to send it to.
I look forward to your guidance in resolving this error.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Ultimate Category Excluder] Excluding category from XML SitemapsHello Marios,
Thanks for the reply.
How would you suggest excluding content from specific categories in XML Sitemaps? Would you recommend customizing this plugin or Yoast SEO?
Thanks!
