Yes i did but no reply on the forum. qTranslate has been used for sometimes that i cant change to other plugins. Have sent out many support questions to your support but they either just told me to deactivate the qtranslate or have no reply at all. Cant help me at all.

Love your tools but i cant use it.

In addition, i just found out that the pop up will never show if I don’t enable/check the box of “Checking this will cause popup to open automatically.”

May I know why this happen?

The major problem now is that if i need overlay on the background of the site, the overlay will apply to the pop up too, and thus makes both pop-up and background darker. It seems to me it is the z-layer problem, but i don’t know why it is like this and how to fix ?

I have the following page of which i have prepared the file to download.

The first file Guard60 is the one that can be downloaded with password 12345. Once i entered the password, it will show the following on a blank page:
{“error”:””,”downloadurl”:”http:\/\/web.sanwaglobal.com\/?wpdmdl=2756&_wpdmkey=5638b8556a1eb”}

If i disable the use of password, then it will be fine. Hope you can help to resolve this issue.
